We will also find you relevant options or preferences for you career. We will work together with you and your organization to make sure the program suits your needs. The purpose of the assessment is to help you re-evaluate your career and perhaps take steps in a new direction.
Career Assessment program
The questionnaires administered on-line, prior to the assessment day, take about 90 minutes to complete. The intake session will take 60-90 minutes. The assessment day takes about 6.5 hours, with a follow up feedback session of 30-60 minutes over the phone or in person.
Before the assessment day we take time for an intake session. It is important for us to know what your expectations are and for you to know what we can offer. In an in-depth interview we will talk about your work experience, ambitions and other matters in order to answer both all our and all your questions.
Besides the personality questionnaires, you will also complete further intellectual aptitude tests to gain insight into your level of professionalism and thinking. We test your abstract thinking skills, verbal and logical analytical skills and numerical skills.
On the assessment day we let the applicants do practical work simulations. These can be in the form of role-play, a planning exercise or an In-basket exercise designed to see how well you can identify priorities, plan and organize. The simulations allow you to experience the various work settings you suggested so that we can make a focused analysis of your strengths and weaknesses in these situations.
We write a report based on our findings. The core of this report always consists of detailed advice about your situation and about the development needed for your future career.
Within five working days you will receive our extended report on paper. After you have read the report, discussed the findings with us and given us your permission we will forward it to your organization.
